Fabrics: To achieve the very best performance, style and longevity our rugs are made from the worlds highest quality materials and will look new for years. Our rugs are primarily made from Giza Egyptian extra long staple cotton, which is finer, more absorbent and longer lasting than other cottons. We also incorporate silk, modal, lurex, linen and our proprietorial acrylic to add softness, absorbency, strength and shimmer to our designs.
Design: For two generations, the de Lemos family has built a reputation as master craftsmen. Each unique design is created with meticulous attention to detail and an exquisite use of colour.

- If pulls or snags should occur carefully cut the snagged or loose yarn using scissors
- Be aware that certain cleaning and hygiene products may contain ingredients which cause bleaching. Products like blemish/anti-aging creams, hair coloring products, bathroom cleaners, teeth whiteners and items containing alpha hydroxyl or fruit acid may damage your Abyss robe, towels or rug
- All of our products are pre-washed to prevent shrinkage Washing
- Always wash your Abyss products separately from other textiles and garments: items with buttons, zippers, hooks and Velcro will snag your towels or robe
- Wash whites and colours separately
- Machine wash and dry at medium temperatures, or hang to dry. Hang drying will extend the life and softness of the rug
- Do NOT dry at hot temperatures. Do NOT over dry
- Do NOT bleach or use detergent containing bleach

Throughout Europe, the United States, Asia, South America, and Canada, Abyss & Habidecor products have become synonymous with both luxury and quality.
This item qualifies for free door-to-door delivery within Canada, with a few exceptions:
- Orders $150 or less are charged a $35 small order fee at checkout.
- Additional charges apply for Remote Delivery Areas including the Yukon, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, and other remote locations outside of major city centres.
- Small items will be delivered by FedEx or other courier service in your area.
- Large items will be delivered by freight service. This is standard curbside delivery; meaning the driver will not haul up an incline or up stairs, and it will be your responsibility to bring the item inside, complete any assembly, and remove packaging debris.
