Foscarini Aplomb Wall Lamp
Made of rough concrete, the Aplomb wall lamp is characterized by an oblique movement of the diffuser which merges into and dialogues with its supporting structure, allowing for wider ranging light diffusion. The beam of light directed upwards is reflected onto the walls and ceiling, lighting up the room without ever dazzling. The more delicate beam of light directed downwards, by contrast, creates a sophisticated interplay of light on the walls. It is ideal in all rooms that speak a direct, minimalist architectural language.

Paolo Lucidi - Italy, 1974 / Luca Pevere - Italy, 1977
Paolo Lucidi and Luca Pevere graduated at the Politecnico di Milano in Industrial Design. They collaborated with important design studios in Milan working directly on projects for many companies such as American Standard Europe, Salvatore Ferragamo, Mitsubishi, Hitachi, Zerodisegno, Magis and Dainese. In 2003 they started to sign their projects together.
n 2006 they established the LucidiPevere Design Studio in Milan. They designed for many companies operating in different fields such as furniture, lighting, tableware, bathroom and others. Their products have been shown both in European and U.S. Museums and they participated to several Italian and foreign exhibitions; moreover they have been mentioned in many magazines and books.
They always try to deal with new types of products by working with different companies, countries and cultures; they are constantly looking for the right aesthetic expression of the material and technologies they are working on.
