Evoking the archetype of a traditional chandelier, the Silo Atelier 01 forges its way as a new type of 3-dimensional object.
Composed of a mix of twelve existing and custom Silo models, the Atelier features 30 light sources in total. It expands both vertically and horizontally, juxtaposing its theatrical, monumental form and mechanical material.

Founded in 2010, Lambert & Fils is a contemporary lighting studio that creates original collections and collaborates with emerging designers around the world. Preserving the bond between design and making, all lighting is handmade in the Lambert & Fils atelier in the heart of Montreal.
Through its exploration of new design technologies, Lambert & Fils investigates the many shapes of light—meditating on voids, volumes and the importance of matiere premiere—materials as a point of origin.
Like the studio itself, these explorations trace where the unexpected meets the universally poetic—and where humility meets complex design.
The Atelier collection is a new line of sculptural, showpiece models, imagined by the Lambert & Fils design studio without material limitation or constraint. Using the brand’s established collections as a departure place, the models are special variations of our popular designs scaled for larger spaces.
This item qualifies for free door-to-door delivery within Canada, with a few exceptions:
- Orders $150 or less are charged a $35 small order fee at checkout.
- Additional charges apply for Remote Delivery Areas including the Yukon, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, and other remote locations outside of major city centres.
- Small items will be delivered by FedEx or other courier service in your area.
- Large items will be delivered by freight service. This is standard curbside delivery; meaning the driver will not haul up an incline or up stairs, and it will be your responsibility to bring the item inside, complete any assembly, and remove packaging debris.
