Onecollection Dennie Chair
Onecollection has re-launched this super comfortable easy chair complemented by a foot stool and a table. The chair was designed by Nanna and Jørgen Ditzel in 1956 for the company Fritz Hansen, but it has never before been produced in a large scale.
Nanna Ditzel, who was one of the most important modern furniture designers in Denmark, passed away in 2006. Her daughter Dennie, who is taking care of her parent’s design heritage, has asked Onecollection to re-launch the chair, which has always had its place in her mother’s house.
To Dennie it is her childhood’s cosy chair, where she sat safely and had stories read aloud. The chair, which we have named Dennie, is delivered with fabric of own choice, but is perfect with Hallingdal 65 in sharp colours.

In 2001, Onecollection was trusted with the exclusive rights to manufacture and re-launch Finn Juhl’s sculptural and iconic furniture by Finn Juhl’s widow. Today the unique Finn Juhl collection consists of 40 classic masterpieces, all of which Onecollection manufactures with the utmost respect for their original heritage and strict demands for quality.
Along with the well-known Finn Juhl classics, Onecollection also manufactures contemporary furniture of a very high quality at its own factory in Ringkøbing, Denmark.
This item qualifies for free door-to-door delivery within Canada, with a few exceptions:
- Orders $150 or less are charged a $35 small order fee at checkout.
- Additional charges apply for Remote Delivery Areas including the Yukon, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, and other remote locations outside of major city centres.
- Small items will be delivered by FedEx or other courier service in your area.
- Large items will be delivered by freight service. This is standard curbside delivery; meaning the driver will not haul up an incline or up stairs, and it will be your responsibility to bring the item inside, complete any assembly, and remove packaging debris.
